I have lived at Laquinta for 2 yrs, and its time to say good bye. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The maintenance is horrible here!! In the last couple of months I have had several problems that go unfixed because the only maintenance guy- brushes them off as being something else, and my problems still exist. Horrible place to live unless you enjoy naps in 118 degrees!!!! :(((
