I had a 10 year old yorky, who was my baby. One day he walked up to me, and his eye had fallen out. Literally. We took him to a 24 hour emergency clinic, and they said my dog had diabetes and a brain tumor. We were going to take him to Encanto the next day to be put down by someone who knows his (Dr. Ireland). When Dr. examined my dog, he said he did not have diabetes, his blood sugar went out of whack because of severe trauma, and he was old, so his skin had shrunken back, allowing his eye to fall. He also said he could fix it, and we wouldn't have to put him down that day. A couple hours and a shaved head later, my dog was alive and well. He adjusted perfectly to only having one eye. He died two years later asleep in my arms, comfortable. And it was all because of the amazing, loving care he received at Encanto Pet Clinic. I have four other animals now, and they see nobody but an Encanto Pet Clinic Doctor. They remembered me, even four years after my dog's eye incident,

Everyone at Encanto Pet Clinic is caring, kind, and helpful. They listen. They are courteous, They treat pets with dignity and concern. They send condolence cards when a little sweetie goes to the Rainbow Bridge. These folks are the best, bar none.

Having our Bichon actually styled like we want has always been a problem. In the past the groomers would just shave her down and cut a poodle-like head, no matter what we asked for :( Lindsey did a great job and we are relieved to say we have found a groomer who listens, finally! If your in Tucson and need a groomer we would highly recommed Lindsey!!
