I went to this so-called Realtor about a property she says she manages. I was interested in renting the property and asked her for some more pictures as there were no pics of any bedrooms or the den and only a pic of one half of the kitchen. Also the square footage was different on 2 sites. She finally called me after i emailed and called her and she said she would take some more pics the next day and send them to me...I called and emailed again to give her my cell number to make it easier for her to send the pics. Waited all week and weekend and never heard back from her. Red flags all over the place!!! Obviously she has no concern for the properties she manages nor the people who are interested in the properties. She acted like I was bothering her by asking for the information. I wouldn't trust renting or buying from her. BEWARE!!!!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I strongly urge all individuals considering renting with Kathleen Palmer Realty to stay away. When my boyfriend and I were considering a house to rent, they withheld information about how much money we would have to pay up front. Only after we paid $50 dollars each in application fees, were accepted, and then presented with a lease did we discovered additional expenses we were expected to pay (such as a non-refundable cleaning deposit and required to clean the carpets with a specified carpet cleaning company which totaled approx $200 dollars). When we approached Nicole, and eventually Kathleen about these additional charges we were treated with the most astounding defensiveness, condescension, and general rude behavior. Thus, we said we wanted our application money back (as we had applied without proper information). Of course, our money has not been returned but they have been reported to the Better Business Bureau.
