I recently moved to Tucson from Illinois and my medical equipment supplier was based in Illinois. Unexpectedly my CPAP machine stopped working and since I needed it for my sound sleep, I was in a jam. I started making inquiries if other medical equipment companies might assist me and in my second phone call around lunch time on 8/8/18, I was extremely fortunate to contact Integrity. They helped me resolve my problem immediately by renting me a CPAP machine which I picked up before 5 pm that same day. As a result there was no interruption to my peaceful sleep. When it came time to obtain a new CPAP machine, I already knew a supplier that was resourceful, accommodating and very knowledgeable about CPAP technology. When I acquired my machine in mid-September, they carefully walked me through the operation of my new machine and answered a few quick phone calls giving me the confidence of having great technology in addition to working with a team of professionals focused on excellent customer service.

I cannot say enough about the fabulous service that Kim and Dave have given to my husband and me. After five years of dealing with another CPAP supply company and multiple issues, we found Dave and Kim. They have helped us navigate through a complicated out-of-state situation and did everything they could to help from helping us to compile our doctor’s notes, setting up a new system for my husband, and providing me with the supplies I’ve needed and was unable to get from my previous supplier.
They exemplify the highest standards in caring, dependable, and prompt service.

I highly recommend this business if you need a solution to your sleep apnea problems or cpap concerns. Dave and wife, Kim, are highly knowledgeable and helped me find the right mask and the right amount of air pressure so I could tolerate the mask on my face and finally get a restful night's sleep. The process always takes time to get used to but they helped me adjust much faster than expected. When I was ready to quit and chuck the whole thing, despite my doctor's orders, they worked with me and now I am feeling so much more energized and looking forward to a good night's sleep and improved health.

I visited this business last Monday after being referred by my chiropractor. My purpose was see if I could really purchase CPAP supplies WITHOUT having to jump through all the silly hoops that the big providers make you go through.

I was pleasantly surprised that my chiro was absolutely right. Select your needed supplies, pay, and go home...SO simple! Yay!

The BONUS for me, was discovering that David and his wife, Kim, were also quite willing to check into a possible manufacturer's defect with my CPAP machine (that I did not purchase from them). Within hours...not days...David called me and said he had contacted the manufacturer and discovered that my CPAP was still under warranty for the next 11 Days! He offered to step up and talk with them about what could be done. The next morning he called and let me know the manufacturer would be REPLACING the machine under the warranty! Long story short, Friday morning I was back in their shop to pick up my new CPAP!!

5 days, top to bottom! I'm still amazed to realize that this level of service is being offered today. THANK YOU Integrity Treatment Solutions!! You have a very happy NEW client!

Integrity has been a tremendous help in getting equipment and service for my cpap machine. They have also assisted me in getting a less than responsive insurance company to do its job. The folks at Integrity have been patient in explaining things to me whether it's the insurance process or how a machine functions. Outstanding people!

I was a visitor from out- of-state whose Bi-Pap was failing. They knew exactly what to do to obtain my prescription. Since my old one was obsolete, they showed me the newer models and helped me to come to a decision that was right for me. It was refreshing to find a place that could answer all of my questions about the machines and my options. I would recommend this place to anyone needing sleep therapy.

I recently got some long distance help to adjust the settings on my machine. My questions were answered promptly, and they were able to reset my machine by long distance. They also were able to answer my questions about using a battery. My supplier at home said, oh ya, I think you might be able to do that, Integrity Solutions said, this is what you need and we carry it.

After the frustration of many delays and poor care due to the companies that my health insurance contracts with, I turned to Integrity Treatment Solutions for help with using a C-PAP machine. They were able to see me right away, unlike the two week wait for help from the insurance contracted healthcare company. I found Integrity Treatment Solutions to be tremendously helpful. They contacted my doctor's office to obtain the information necessary to help me and spent a great deal of time talking with me and answering my questions. They were able to adjust the C-PAPmachine for me to better meet my needs. They offered continuing help with adjustments as needed. Dave and Kim Krepp, the owners, were warm and friendly, as well as helpful. Their business includes supplies for C-PAP machines, as well as other medical supplies. It is good to know Integrity Medical Solutions is there if I need any supplies on short notice, or replacement and extra supplies that don't fit into the insurance company definition of necessary items. I am so happy to have found this business. The care is personal and excellent!

I was looking for a company to ask questions about oxygen and sleep apnea.
Dave was the only owner that took the time on the phone to answer all my questions. He knew I wasn't ready to be a customer and still took the time. That said to me this is where I will take my business.

Well when I was ready Dave and Kim where the best. I would highly recommend them. They are very knowable and patient. Thank you Dave and Kim for making a confusion time so much easier.

My daughter, concerned about by gasping snores, heard about Integrity Treatment Solutions from a local radio personality who they have helped for years.

Kim and Dave are the best. I live in North Phoenix but was referred to them based on their superior service, sincere concern and full attention. I completed a home study that they provided and was subsequently diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Both Dave and Kim made a special trip to our home and set up the equipment for me. I am pleased to claim that I have enjoyed a great result.

While they do not work with insurance carriers, after trying to work with my own health insurance and coupled with the run around with the 'approved' local medical suppliers, where I could not get firm cost information, I am glad I opted to deal directly with them using my HSA.

They get my two thumbs up and I will certainly refer them to family and friends...or complete strangers:)

I reached David by phone after what seemed an exhausting search for someone that would be willing to work on my Sequal Eclipse3 autoSAT. It had stopped working, mysteriously. The company wanted $875 and for me to ship it to their nearest repair depot in San Diego. David said there would be no charge if he couldn't fix it. I'm a pretty good judge of character and I wasn't disappointed. I left it with David. He kept me updated on his progress. It was not a simple fix. He offered me a loaner since it was taking longer than he anticipated. He replaced multiple parts and got it working perfectly. The damage to my wallet was far less than what Sequal wanted to charge. It's nice meeting a small business owner with integrity. Thank you David.

When I walked into Integrity Treatment Solutions I knew immediately I was in the right place. I recently started using a CPAP and went in for a different mask. The owner was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and gave me personal attention that is often hard to find. Honestly, these guys were great . Im in the service industry and I was really impressed by the great personal service I recieved .The owner , David asked me a couple questions. I showed him my CPAP MACHINE, told him what was going on and he showed me a very similar mask for a fair price he knocked $5 off the sale price , threw in a new hose for free and the thing thtat blew me away was I told him I didnt have enough money on me but for sure in a couple days I would be back.. David said I could give him half the money or whatever I could afford and come back on monday and pay the rest ..but take the mask with me so I could use it right away and get a good nights sleep . Wow..how cool is that ?! Both he and his secretary ( sorry,I cant remember her name.) Were personable and took the time to test my equipment and make sure I had what I needed. The truth is ,im kinda lazy and dont usually do reviews or surveys ,but I have no problem taking a little time to tell people about this Integrity Treatment . I,ll make sure I go there for any future CPAP machine needs .:-)
