JUST DON'T DO IT !!!

I had 1 appt. at this office. I was told it should take 45 minutes (from arrival to departure).... 1 1/2 hours later, I finally saw the doctor!



He rushed through the fastest appt. I've ever had, he was rude and condescending.



Then his office manager was supposed to give me a quote. She didn't even have the cost available if I paid cash!! She took TWO WEEKS to get me a quote (this was after I called back twice to find out what was taking so long).



And after everything, I found out my insurance had given approval for my procedure almost 3 weeks before the doctor's office notified me.



And they wanted me to wait another month until they could schedule/complete the procedure.



At that point, I called another doctor (Dr. Reinke). I had an appt. the next morning; and they completed my surgery within 1 week!!!
