I have bought and sold furniture with Swanson's for years. I love this family owned business and would highly recommend them anytime. I am moving to Seattle and they will be the first I call to buy my furniture and pack up my house. I wish there was a compny like this in Seattle!

When my father got an offer on his house, we started clearing it out. Neighbors and friends bought some of his furniture, but we arranged for Swansons to buy the remaining furniture and decorative items. Dan Swanson himself said that he and his workers would return the next day at 8 am to pack everything and pick it up. He never showed up. We tried for hours to reach him or someone from his business to find out what was going on. What respectable and responsible business makes a deal and then reneges without as much as a phone call? He knew that we were on a tight deadline. Don't do business with Dan Swanson and his company unless you want to be stood up with no explanation.

We needed to have our furniture moved from Green Valley Ariziona to Chico California. After checking with some other movers, we found that Swanson's was the best choice! First of all, the were much cheaper. Secondly, they bought anything and everything that we didn't want to take with us at a reasonable price. Thirdly, they loaded and unloaded the moving van! We could not be happier with their friendliness, kindness, and carefulness with our possessions!
