I visited a Grease Monkey station (#993/Ellenwood, GA) and had a horrible experience. The Tech were 3-4 very young men, who went back and forth all while working on my vehicle. I decided to remain in my vehicle which gave me clear view of their work. After they finished, I looked over the $59.66 bill which states the following items were checked: #8. CHECK AIR FILTER (NOT done) #10. CHECK WIPER BLADES (NOT done) #13. CHECK LIGHTS (NOT done) #14. MAINTENANCE LIGHT RESET (NOT done) #15 CHECK TRANSMISSION FLUID (NOT done) POWER STEERING (NOT done) CHECK BELTS (NOT done) ADD NEW OIL FILTER (NOT done). Some of the items reported as checked don't have a check stick. Manager (Zac) made them come and check: Took off air filter, added power steering fluid, never checked lights nor reset the vehicle-- I was in the vehicle so they did NOT do any of the above things and lied after I asked them and said they did complete them. Improve: Need new mgmt; do what is required; be courteous. Rates a bottom score of 1 and Im NEVER coming back. Does not come close to other businesses of like svc.

Never a doubt about work done at this facility,, everything is thoroughly explained ahead of time,, including the total cost of the job,, I trust Tom and the Grease Monkey team with my PowerStroke Diesel,,,

I have been looking for a Oil Change Service Center to get my two Trucks serviced.Well I pulled up to the Grease Monkey on Speedway Blvd and quickly was greeted by one of the service Techs.These guy's are GREAT got me in and out Changed my oil and flushed my Power Steering fluid,I never thought that that needed service,But after looking at the fluid(yuk)then the service Tech had told me that every two years this fluid should be flushed.I must say that if you are wanting to keep your Car or Truck on the road and out of a Repair Shop let Grease Monkey do your Maintenance.

Went in for an oil change & with scare tactics and fast talking the bill got out of hand! Called the owner of facility & district office in Colorado and they were not interested in making any adjustments to the invoice!Buyer beware!

I have been getting my oil changed and other services at this Grease Monkey location for over a year. The team at the speedway location are always professional, efficient, and approachable. I strongly recommend this facility for your car needs.

Well I have been looking for a place to take my Nissan Pick-up and Honda Civic to and came across Tom and Jon's Grease Monkey that is located on Speedway Blvd.Let me tell you these two guys have thier stuff together .The customer service is Great and there Lobbie Area is very clean and inviting. The Oil Service only took minutes.You Guys ROCK....

I took my 2001 Winnebago Adventurer in for oil change, lube, oil filter, transmission service and differental service on March 14, 2011. Tom and Jon (owners) treated us great and very professional while servicing our newly purchased motorhome. We are snowbirds from Washington and it nice to know someone really cares and is honest on what needs to be done. Thank you Tom ,Jon and crew for a great job.
