I was told when I bought my glasses that they'd polish out scratches in the lens.



So today, I stop by 1/2 hour after they opened. The place was empty except for a guy behind the counter. I told him I wanted an eye exam. He told me to sit in the waiting room. I asked him if he could polish out the scratches in my lenses. He said no.



This guy acted like I was wasting his time. But I came all the way to town to have my eyes checked, so I sat in the waiting room. The room was empty. I waited. No one was around. Fed up, I told the guy he lost my business and walked out.



I'm going to contact Eyemasters Corporate and tell them their customer service (or lack thereof) cost them a customer.
