Tenants for our rental house destroyed our carpets, tile, and walls. Wasn't sure really if we could recover from the damage, or whether we needed to replace the flooring. We decided on calling in the carpet cleaners at Dr. Clean. As an organization they were very respectful of our property, worked very fast, cleaned our carpets to a level that we didn't think possible, and got the job done fast fast fast. It really saved us because we were able to start showing the property again in a hurry, and got another tenant quickly in tight times. Really saved us, thanks!

Looked for a company to clean my carpet and tile after a few bad experiences. Dr. Clean did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet and tile. Very professional and polite. Will be using again and recommend to everyone who wants their carpet and tile cleaned! Thank you Dr. Clean for doing such an excellent job!

My carpet is super clean. I usually use these other guys that have ridiculously low rates. It's alright for a week or so but most of the stains usually come back. I guess that's what you get for less than a hundred bucks. Anyway, I called "Dr Clean" to see what they could do. MAN is there a big difference! Not only did the carpet look newer only one of the stains came back (they warned me it probably would - oil). After weeks I just can't believe how great the carpet smells, feels and looks. To think I was about to replace it, glad I didn't this gut knows carpet cleaning!

Coming from California we just bought our new house. My expectations of companies in California are much higher than here in Tucson. These guys were just as good as the carpet cleaning company I used in California. They were very professional, showed up on time and charged me what I was quoted over the phone. Highly recommended by me even with my "high standards", that's saying a lot.

This company horrible all my stains came back the next day. They over charged me for really bad work . I suggest that anyone who is looking in to this company should look a round for better prices and better work. I just call around and got a company that did it at half the price and it only took them one time to do it my stain never came back.

These guys are on the ball! I needed someone to come out on Friday for carpet cleaning and when I talked to Bruce he said no problem. He showed up did what he said he was going to do and the carpet looks great! Because of the great carpet cleaning job by Bruce ad Dr Clean I will get at least another couple of years out of my carpet before I have to replace it.

I just cannot believe how clean Dr Clean got my carpet. I looked through the phone book for a Tucson carpet cleaning company and found several that made claims. One company (steamy) claimed to be the cheapest and others claimed to be the best. While Dr Clean was not bargain basement pricing I really feel that in this case I got what I paid for. After asking a few questions about the suspiciously low prices of other Tucson carpet cleaning companies I learned that their 5 room special does not include any chemicals or special treatment. Basically just vacuuming with water. They then try to up-sell you on everything else. With Dr Clean, the price I was quoted is what I paid and I got the whole service not just a part of it.

Bruce from Dr. Clean came out and gave me a fair estimate. We decided to hire them and we could not be happier. I don't know if our carpets have ever been this clean. Bruce was professional and courteous the whole time. Not to mention he actually showed up on time.
