I called 4 contractors to do a kitchen repair. Keith responded to my request. it was at his first and only visit i knew i was in TROUBLE. He must have thought i was made of Money because he was the only contractor to riddle off a list of supplies and sub contractors and the list went on and on. i could see him couning the dollars signs in his head. it was then he stated his peice on the cost about on the project. Thats when i knew he was OVERPRICED. Delta was the only contractor to bid in the over $3,000.00 dollar range when all other three contractors bid the job at around $1,000.00 dollars. $2000.00 over bid what a conn. GET ANOTHER BID. They could have done a better job by biding on the job correctly and honestly.
