This was suppose to be my daughters first experience with a full mani and pedi. Unfortunately she was pushed in and out of a seat so that the technician could take two other clients. Then she was placed on my lap for the remainder of the pedi portion. The technician that served me was unresponsive to my questions and when told what I wanted she did not do as I asked, charged my card THEN told me I had to pay more for what I asked for from the er go. I had to ask that she clean under my nails and they ignored my six year old until they could tell I was upset. They did not messag my hands/arms...I had to ask that they do it for my six year old. Unpleasant and overcharged. Stressed and bad experience for a first timer!!!
