This business is an absolute disgrace. I placed an order with them via their website on Thursday, May 5th for Mothers Day. I received a confirmation order and a delivery date of May 6th. I discover on Saturday May 7th that the order was not delivered, so I contacted them direct. The lady I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about, but said she would take another order and another payment to deliver my flowers. She said as far as she was concerned I had not placed the order, nor paid for it, so they would not be delivering the flowers. Now, I will be filing a fraud complaint against them on Monday with the bank as the order was paid for with a debit card. I live out of state. My mother is 85 years old and in bad health. This will probably be her last Mother's Day. Lousy service and nasty attitude. UPDATE: Received call from these people on Sunday admitting there was an order, but still denying the payment. The payment is clearly showing on their website in the order tracking area. Once again, she refused to deliver my mother's flowers unless I paid her a second time, which I refused to do. She then asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I told her if she wasn't going to deliver the flowers for Mothers Day, then yes, cancel the order. I spent Mother's Day in tears.

What type of flower company calls the person you are surprising on Valentine's day to let them know they have a delivery for them!? And deliver on the wrong day?! (Valentine's delivery on Friday the 13th, great move!) Darrell's Flowers does! I called to ask why they would do such a thing and said they have to confirm? I've been sent many flowers and never did they confirm before with me. Besides they had already taken the money out of my account! No apology was given or any attempt to remedy the situation. I would never trust a flower shop like this! They ruined my and my husband's valentine's day!
