A few friends and I have been boarding at Creature Comforts for many years. We were always very happy with the care our babies received and the condition they were returned in. Things have sadly changed. The staff that work there are great! Jenni has always been most helpful and accomadating and we always feel very comfortable knowing she is there. The others are great too. I don't know all their names but they greet our babies by name and are always happy to see them.I don't know if there is a new owner or what but things are changing for the worse. Here are some of my complaints there is NOT piped in music, TV, one-on-one playtime as advertised on the website. They are extremely understaffed. So many times we come there is only one person working and they try to appear happy but you can tell they are very stressed out. When I ask where their help is I always receive a vague answer. Seems like they are afraid to speak up in fear of losing their jobs. My pets are returned to me stressed out and high strung sometimes. That NEVER happened before. We have to prebag each meal per pet which is daubting when you have three dogs staying for 2 1/2 weeks. I was told only stays longer than 3 weeks are exempt from prebagging. The owners seem more concerned with their pocket book than the care and comfort of their creatures or their staff. It is very sad to see this place go downhill because we used to love it. As any pet owner knows, the way your pet acts when you pick them uo and take them home is the only proof you need as far as how their stay at a kennel was. The stressed out staff (trying to paint on smiles) is another sure sign this company is failing. My friends and I will no longer use creature comforts.

NEVER b4 have I taken my dogs to a kennel! Not these two because they are special, they are my babies! Then I had to find a good kennel, it was urgent. Creature Comforts is a God-send. Believe it or not, Maggie and Lola receive the BEST of care, their kennels are kept clean, their water bowl is kept full and is fresh, and their trips out-of-doors to potty and play is supervised, short in length, and delightful because of the playground! Best of all, they are still in good health when I come to pick them up.

Provided by YP.comWOW! I take my 2 cats and Homer, my dog here all the time. Homer runs in without saying by to me! He gets excited when I turn onto the road. The staff is very caring and always polite, other than they greet my p ets first, by name! I have been taking several pets over the years and have always been very pleased and can relax on my holiday! Priceless!

This pet hotel is the best for dogs, I have been taking my dog, a 170# malamute here for years during Gem show. (we are from out of state). Not only is the price extremely reasonable, the people are GRRRReat! They take great care of Bruno and treat him like a king. They keep him cool, relaxed and when I take him home he's pooped out. They have all sizes of kennels and even help on the weekends with early (off schedule) drop offs. I can't say enough about them. Highly recommend!!!

Provided by YP.comI had the idea of having my dog here because they keep them most of the time indoors as my dog is, despite they are the most expensive kennel in town. My dog was there for 9 days. She has not been good for eating, very tough in that regard.
Well, I asked them if she was eating ok, and one of them said "Oh yeah", and another jumped "She is a pig!" in a strange tone, which didn't sound too flatering to me, so I make a expression of confusion, and then I said "oh, because she ate... a lot?", and this girl was "yeah, yeah". Well, surprise surprise!
Her guts that night were making horrible sounds, then I let her alone as usual, to found out later that very day that she was eating her own poop! FIRST TIME EVER she has done that, and she started doing it in this hideous kennel! Why was that? I don't know, they probably didn't feed her good enough, they didn't care, they didn't take her the 4 to 6 times a day they claimed they do, who knows!... the fact is that ever since I let her there, my dog is eating her own crap and I don't know how to stop that, all because these kennel! She has been in another cheaper kennel before and this never happened... go figure. If you don't want your dog to eat her own poop, don't take it to this expensive kennel attended by cynical employees.
