Founded in 1977, Claim Jumper Restaurants operates in more than 40 locations throughout the United States. The restaurant's menu includes steaks, rotisserie chicken, baby back pork ribs, pot pies, specialty salads, wood-fired pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, baked goods and desserts. It features bars that serve signature cocktails, chilled martinis, premium spirits, specialty nonalcoholic beverages and wines, as well as imported and American handcrafted beer. Claim Jumper Restaurants has a location in Tucson, Ariz., and is open daily for lunch and dinner. The interiors of its restaurants feature Douglas fir logs, natural rocks, corrugated and pressed tins, natural and finished woods and large fireplaces. Some of its locations feature exhibition cooking where guests can watch pizzas being prepared in authentic wood-burning ovens.
