Poster child for a very greedy yard owner. Bought one item for cash. Had first negotiated a second part from same vehicle with counterman for a fair price for both pieces. Then his boss struts in and tells me he gets $100 for that part. Wrong! This Let's-switch-the-price higher is double what area wrecking yards charge for an old beat-up truck part. What the boss / owner didn't realize is that I have CASH ... it's not laying about in piles these days is it? That's cash to spend to purchase a long list of used truck parts. Doors, bumpers, seats, trim etc. So guess what? I walked away, went elsewhere and I'm spending $$$ freely at very fair prices. I'm not going to do business with someone who engages in unfair practices. Do yourself a favor and do business with an honest owner.
