I'm very happy with the service at chilis on Broadway. Had a spectacular waiter named Jeremy, even though he was busy he treated us like royalty. I didn't know quite what to order what Jeremy recommended was absolutely delicious. Happy with food quality and excellent service!

A year ago we visited 5150 Broadway and experienced a very poor meal. My steak was overcooked and the mash potatoes were cold, my meal arrived 30 minutes later than my dining partners. This week we decided to give Chilis another try and were equally dissapointed. The fries were recooked and cold. The 12oz steak was not 120z, the meat was very tender in places, but sections of it were very overcooked, like it had been defrosted in the micorwave for too long. My husbands steak was mostly fat. Service was poor, my food was removed from the bill after the server spoke with the manager. No apology was made. We were once again very dissapointed. Chilis holds fond memories for us, It is unlikely that we will venture back.

For good food, excellent service, and reasonable prices, this is the place to be. You will get too much to eat! The acoustics could be better but what the heck.
