I've been here like 6 or 7 times since I moved to Tucson last month and despite the murderous traffic surrounding it from that Costco and the fact that it's off a main road, I've always found it with an empty parking lot. It's astounding because I've always had really good service aside from their drive-thru speaker seeming to act up fairly often but if you're alright with a small wait and repeating yourself maybe once or twice, the rewards reaped outweigh whatever cons there might be. It's usually our first consideration for fast food now, despite it not being something I was huge on back in other cities.

They also offer a Veteran's discount!

All good things aside, they do seem a bit understaffed, but those who do work there seem to value the customers they get - or, I've had good experiences often enough to think so.
