To only have 3 cars in the drive thru (including us) they wait was excessively long. The time of day was dinner, but crowds of people inside or outside ordering. The food was fresh, but all my items on the burger were off the bun like it was a separate item. Customer service was apologetic 😒, but it didnt matter by that time. This location is not recommended by me. I dont want to give it another chance to disappoint me. Just under $10 for one medium meal, that still left me hungry and unsatisfied. 🤬 I doubt I'll return here.

We came into your location about a week ago. I wanted to try your new buns.. When I got my order I said to the girl at the counter( who did not have on a nametag) Why doesn't mine look like the one on the picture? She said "oh, I'll get that for you"..so now my husbands is getting cold or he can eat and I eat alone. Not a good start, okay so she puts in my order correctly. I get my "new burger. I took a picture of this thing. I wanted to post it.. It was burnt you can clearly see that on the picture and I got a sorry burger with hardly no condiments again like the picture shows. I was VERY disappointed, wanted the(management) owners to know. We both had our dinner ruined. So much for trying to get people to try the new buns.. We left I told the same girl it was burnt, still not like the pic, she just shrugged her shoulder at me.. We left so sad. Wanted other to know. Don't "try" the "NEW" buns at the broadway location, tried at Rita Ranch it was excellent ,Costco location excellent
