Just wanted to leave a short review stating that everyone that I was in contact with was very helpful and professional! Debbie Hightower was great she helped and went out of her way to help us! We would recommend Debbie Hightower with Blue Fox Properties to anyone!

This is a terrible management company. Rented from them for two years. They are horrendous about maintenance. Their maintenance is low quality work, it usually takes more than a week to respond, and when maintenance does come out it is whenever they get around to it. They sent a tree trimming crew to the house who arrived and cut trees with a chainsaw outside my infant sons bedroom window before 6 AM and did so without warning us they were coming. Talked to the tree trimmer who showed us the ticket that the rental co. listed the house as empty. They fine you for any letter a HOA sends them and will dicker you on your initial walk through. Avoid them like the plague because once you have them as your rental company you will regret it. They never return calls about any subject. You call them and even though they answer the phone the person you need to talk to is never available and won't return a phone call. They seem nice at first but the moment you sign a lease they become rude and lazy. They have you locked in and no longer need to provide any service. Stay FAR AWAY.

This is the worst rental company I have ever had to deal with as a renter. Unhelpful staff who are slow to respond to any requests for repairs or any issues with the property. I had high hopes when I signed my lease as they were efficient and helpful with any questions but once I began the application there were many hidden fees added on. When my roommate and I were locked into the lease all communication became lax and we have been left in a horrible position counting down the days until our lease ends. Beware.
