I've been going to Mercedes for years, not only because she is the best I've found in Tucson, but because she is always so friendly, helpful and professional. I would not go to anyone else.

The owners of this store are incredibly rude people. During our conversation the owner, the woman I assume was Mercedes, and this gentleman that was with her verbally harassed me and insulted my intelligence. These people need to learn that outside their store they are representatives of their business and I will do everything in my power to ensure that my friends and family do not receive any of their services. I don't want anyone I know associating with anyone of such low moral character.
