Horrible customer service!!!! Stay away from this place!!! They told me what battery I needed for my ipod remote and it turned out to be the wrong one and then they refused to take it back!!! I decided to go to Lowe's and I found the right battery... better customer service and the price was much cheaper. I'll never shop at this place again.

I have gone to Batteries Plus multiple times for many different and unusual batteries. They have had them in stock everytime. I don't always know exactly what to ask for but they don't make you feel stupid. They smile and are very helpful. That is not always the case in retail or customer service. I really appreciate it!! Thank you!
