NEVER use Crystal Auto Glass. Not only did they do a terrible job at tinting my windows, but they also caused about $1,500 worth of damage to my paintwork. They repeatedly promised to fix the damage and re-tint my windows, but when they saw how much it was going to be to fix the damage they did to my brand new car, they suddenly turned rude and avoided my phone calls. Then they told my insurance agent that they were going to cut a check and then avoided her too. Now they do not want to pay and the owner had the nerve to say that I caused the damage myself and am just trying to get something out of them. One of their employees even told me that they had damaged other cars as well. My insurance company is going after them and will not quit and neither will I. They are liars and cheats and will not honor their promises. Avoid Crystal Auto Glass like the plague!! Seriously, if you value your car and your sanity, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
