Rob, an AriCo Plumbing technician, replaced and installed a water heater in my Tucson home, this morning. His expertise was obvious. His genuine knowledge of plumbing was over-the-top.



But more importantly, Rob displayed attributes of willingness to work beyond normal expectations, motivation to achieve, kindness, and genuine concern for me and my plumbing problem. Rob is a gentle giant and deserves commendation.

We enthusiastically recommend Arico plumbing and plumbers to anyone. The honesty and professionalism of the workers and the point man were exceptional. We commend the efficiency and ability of the company to work within quoted time frame. In every way we were satisfied customers.

I first used Arico Plumbing about 5 years ago to fix a pipe that was broken between 2 bathrooms. They did such a fabulous job -- that was what sold me on them.



Tom, who came out to do that first big job, had to crawl through a muddy space to fix the problem. He did such good work that I have continued to use them over the years.



Another thing I appreciate about Arico Plumbing is that they are reliable. If there are any problems after they have finished the job, they will come back out and fix them for you.

I had two other plumbing companies out to my house to deal with my pipes blocking up. Arico came out, immediately (and correctly) diagnosed the problem, and located the outside clean out valve. Arico came out, immediately (and correctly) diagnosed the problem, and located the outside clean out valve. Their estimate to repair the broken pipe was much less than we got from other companies. When they came to do the work, they were extremely professional. They had to dig in my yard to reach the pipe, and when they were done, they returned the yard to its pre-repair condition. They did have to remove a large bush, and actually went the extra mile by hauling it away with them. I highly recommend Arico for their professionalism, knowledge, and fantastic customer service.

My water heater was acting up, so I called and asked the gal on the phone how much it would be for someone to come out and look at it. She stated it was $39.00 for a trip charge and if we went with them it would be what ever the charge was depending on the repair. If we didn't go with them then it would be the $39.00 trip charge. WELL $110.00 later !!!!!!! for him to tell me it was 100% bad, I all of a sudden needed a brand new water heater! (which I didn't) So from $39.00 to $110.00??!!! A waist of time and my money, they are NOT upfront with how much you will be charged. I was told it was a flat $39.00...!!!! Very dishonest company!!! They will tell you what they want you to hear on the phone, then when someone comes out it's a whole new story! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE.
