I was in Tucson on business and my mac book was acting up. I had a power point presentation to give that morning. I could not open the files I needed . I stood in line for well over an hour. The tech was untrained and inept, rude and lazy. In fact most of the employees were too busy discussing what burger they liked the best at 5 guys burgers , to be concerned about customer service. They failed to fix my problem but didn't fail to over charge me , 200 dollars for their precious time wasted not fixing my problem. Although they assured me it was fixed. My advice don't EVER go to this store for repairs, the service sucks. Just wait until you get home and take it to a real apple store.

I have always been treated fairly and with great respect at the tucson La Encantada store. Fast service, friendly, bright sales people. I have waited a few extra minutes for my scheduled time at the Genius Bar and do not complain because when I get my turn my problem is addressed until it is solved. I have had four one to one cards and can not believe any company offers such incredible training.

My experience was very different! I had a clerk so rude I complained toy the company. I think this branch hires a bunch of spoiled brats who live in the surrounding area with the local wealthy and obviously they feel too entitles to help you and when they do they are rude about it. I HATE THIS STORE!!

Don't go here if you need help!!! Don't think many of them are trained, I have been there at least 7 times and only one time did someone actually help me.Was very unorganized and I had to wait even tho I made an appointmentOnly one facility to get help, with all the people who have invested in Apple - this is absurd (they must really care about their customers)One guy erased all my business contacts, all the other times no one could help me with the problems and I left with no solution and had to pay someone to help meso so so disappointed in this facility!!!
