Unfortunately my mother was signed with this poorly ran company. No professionalism from the office. No sense of urgency for their clients. My mother has ALS and cannot use her hands or legs and needs help doing day to day activities, so when I receive a call from my mother on a daily basis since last Friday August 5, 2016 I find it unacceptable that Angels On Duty does not care when they get their monthly check from the state. Someone needs to look into this business and find out where all they money they receive really goes. When the company tells my mother she wont be receiving care but her daughter is close by and can help her (I work close by) is ridiculous. Whoever owns this company really needs to research on their employees. I have no idea how Laura is running the place when she cannot do the simple tasks of delegating caregivers to clients.
