just had them install a new a/c system on my house and i am more then pleased. john did a great job! will recommend them for sure.

Excellent service in getting our heat pump to heat. Service tech was Sam and he is a 5 star employee for them. He answered all our questions pertaining to the problem, also a kool guy!!!!!!!!

We Just purchased a new Lennox system from Alaskan home serivces and we are very pleased. The unit is sooo quiet compared to our old unit. He installers even wore booties in our house. Will be using them again.

Ed came out and fixed my leaky faucet and was very friendly and gave us price up front to fix it which hasn't happened in past with other companies. I felt he did a good job and office called three days later to make sure everything went ok.

Just had Alaskan out for a repair and they did a great job. They just had to reset my breaker and didn't even charge me! I will be using them for sure in future.

We had service from Gary at our home. What a PRO, prompt professional, no mumbo-jumbo, simple explanation of what caused the problem and how he would fix it. Then he did! Alaskan Home Services installed this unit in 1997 (Trane 1200). 3 service calls in 15 yrs. Hat's off to Gary and Alaskan!

was referred to alaskan by a friend when i needed i new ac unit. tony was very knowledgable and unit was installed next day. will refer them to my friends.

Their guy came out and checked my unit, and after a few minutes, he found the problem, it was a minor issue that he took care of right away. Thank goodness that it wasn't a motor that needed to be replaced. He was pretty honest and mentioned that some inexperienced technicians would may have replaced it... I would highly recommend him for his work. I plan on having my A/C serviced from him from now on.

Had Alaskan home Services replace my a/c unit and im glad i choose them. price was great and the installers wore booties in my house while inside installing unit. highly recommend them.

Alaskan installed a heat pump in Jan 20 2010. They called us on Sep 7 2011 to tell us we were entitled to 2 free service calls during the first 2 years after installation. Interesting that they waited until the two years were almost up before calling us. We agreed to have someone come out to check out the system. Two techs arrived on Sep 8. Clearly two technicians were not needed. They immediately tried to sell us an 8 year service plan at a cost to us of over $800. Having determined the system was working OK they tried to sell us two other services for a total cost of over $400. We were unhappy with the "sales pitch" that (in our view) prompted their visit.

Alaskan installed my new system last year. The first I used it this summer it sounded like a train coming down the track through the air vent. The exchanger unit vibrated and shimmied on both motor speeds. Four technicians have looked at the problem and two have made adjustments. It still vibrates and shimmies. The diagnosis from Alaskan has been "it's normal for the exchanger to rattle and vibrate". I refered my neighbors across the street to Alaskan. They also had the same system installed a few weeks after ours. Their system runs smoothly without vibration and rattles. The last tech who looked at my system finally acknowledged that there was a problem and said the unit would have to be disassembled and repaired. He changed his story from"it's normal" to "it needs reapirs". I had pointed out to him that Rheem was now made in another country. He said it was made here in the USA. The unit is assembled in Mexico. I would not reccommend Alaskan again.

I have been a customer of Alaskan Home Services in Tucson since 2005, I have nothing but great work, I recently sent them 4 neighbors as referrals, and they seem to be happy as well. A++ Company. Will keep telling friends about them. Thanks.

I have been dealing with alaskan for several yrs, and I have bought 3 units from them and have had no problems. When they say they are coming out they do. I would and will recommend them anytime I can. A++++++++ company.
