I was told that all my brides maid dresses would be in the first weeks of July at the latest. Ive called twice and they have told me both times that it will be 3 more weeks, It is now approaching the end of August and they are telling me that the dresses won't be in until the first or second week of September, my wedding is September 20th. I have no confidence that the dresses will be here in time

IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE, I JUST LOVE THE STAFF,ESTHER WAS AWESOME. SHE JUST MADE ME FEEL SO RELAXED.JAMES REALLY HELP MY FIANCE WITH HIS TUXEDOS CHOICE. THE OWNER WAS SO FRIENDLY TOO!

Complete disatisfaction with the customer service! A designer wedding dress was purchased and paid for 9 months prior to wedding. Fittings were scheduled and at each of the 3, detailed alterations were requested by this client and the retailer stated that all would be done to the customers complete satisfaction.."we can do that". The dress was scheduled for pick-up 2 weeks before the wedding. On that date, the dress was tried on and the results of the 3rd alteration were DISASTEROUS! The dress was completely not wearable and we expressed our COMPLETE disatisfaction with the results of THEIR alterations! They refused to accept responsibility and to refund the full purchase price of $972.00 They only offered to "trade" a second lesser priced dress ($550.00) for the ruined one or I pay for a portion of the alterations on the original dress and they would discount the new dress by $100.00 and I could have both dresses. I would NEVER WORK WITH THIS RETAILER AGAIN!!!!!!

THE ENTIRE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND WERE ABLE TO TAKE AWAY THE STRESS OF MY WEDDING DRESS NEEDING ALTERING SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT. THE PRICES ARE WONDERFUL AS WE ARE HAVE BUDGETS TO STAY WITHIN. THANKS AGAIN, SHEILA CLEMENS (destressed BRIDE TO BE)

This is a great place to go to look for a gown! I have been in several times and they are always very helpful. They have a wide variety of gowns and they have a book with pictures on models of every single gown they have. This way you can sit down with a consultant and look through this book and tell them all of the gowns you would like to try. They fill out an information sheet with a basic description of the type of dress you are looking for and write down the style number of every gown you ask to see. You can either try dresses on right then or come back later. No appointment necessary. And they will help you try on as many dresses as you want. The service is excellent. I have still not decided on a dress yet but this is the best Bridal shop I have been to regarding service. There gown variety and quality is also very good. They mostly carrie Mori Lee gowns but have many, many gowns from Mori Lee. I would definently recommend this place.

The people at this store really care about customers and their needs. Whatever you are looking for, they either have it or can get it. The prices are very reasonable and often include extras. All customers are treated with respect and welcomed with a smile.
