Avoid this dealership. I wanted to purchase a car from them but I had a car at the time (with negative equity). The sales manager said they would give me X amount for my car and that I would need to pay the remaining pay off amount. I wrote them a personal check for that amount. I then financed my new car purchase with my bank. After a month, I received a call from the loan company who I financed my previous car (now the dealerships) and they said it hadn't been paid off yet. The personal check was cashed the day after I went to the dealership. Now it is 21May2015 and the dealership still has yet to pay off the Pay Off amount on the loan and its effecting my credit. Not to mention the fact that they let a potential buyer take a 24hr test drive of the vehicle (since they haven't paid it off, still in my name I might add) and he had to have it towed back since it was having mechanical issues that were not happening when I owned the car. Now the sales clerk is saying it will take longer to sell since it has to be fixed and that I might have to pay for those repair.



Since they have not paid off my loan, I am getting late payment notifications from my old bank and its effecting my credit score.



I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission as well.



Stay away from them. Do more research about dealerships and be patient. The "great" deal you might be getting could turn out to a long and draw out issue.



I'm only giving them a one star since I have to give them something. Should be 0 stars or 1/2 star.
