I am not a review writer, generally, but I felt compelled to do so as I came across the highly negative and inaccurate one from 2012 (at least for the last 3 years that my doggy has been taken care of at the hospital).

This is a wonderful caring place to take care of my dog. Dr.
Meglino is a highly experienced caring veterinarian who genuinely cares about his patients. Furthermore, the approach - from the moment you become a client and throughout - is geared to benefit the animal and shows a thorough focused approach: courteous receptionists, attention to details during examinations, appointment and medicine reminders, aftercare follow up calls, helpful newsletters...

Great hospital that cares about my great friend.

I really don't have enough positive things to say about tuckahoe animal hospital. Our dog has a serious liver disease which dr Diaz and dr Meglino were able to diagnose with the most vague symptoms imaginable (vomiting and diahrrea). They are constantly available no matter what we need and have saved Lilly's life at least 3 times. I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" so honestly if you expect amazing service you can't expect it to come for free. That said they are EXTREMELY reasonable and work with you as far as their billing is concerned. It really pains me when people give them bad reviews for silly things like price because what they have done for our Lilly is irreplaceable. I only hope everyone could take their pets to drs Meglino and Diaz because they would be so well taken care of and at the end of the day to me, that's priceless.
