I made an appointment for 10am on a Tuesday to have some work done on my vehicle. I dropped it off on Monday evening because they are not open on Monday's. I put my keys in their mailbox as I was instructed to do but when I called on Tuesday morning to confirm everything was moving forward, they had no idea who I was or what work was to be done (even though they had moved my van into there parking lot and my van has my phone number on the side of it) . The receptionist was irritated because I didn't recall who I spoke to when I made the appointment and indicated that she didn't want to disturb the people in the shop because they were VERY busy. I told her that I didn't feel comfortable explaining the work to be done again and wanted to speak to the person that I made the appointment with at which point she put me on hold. The person that picked up the phone wasn't the person I made the appointment with and immediately started into me about my being rude to the receptionist and then proceeded with a profanity laced tirade and told me to just come get my van and then hung up on me. I cannot attest to the quality of their work but if their customer service (or lack thereof) is any indicator, I would be very reluctant to put my faith in anything they do.
