I worked with Krueger both for my mom and dad with their health issues. I never received anything but the best help. They went the extra mile to even hook two oxygen machines together when my mom needed more than one could provide. Nothing but wonderful things to say for them.

not sure what people are talking about, have used them alot and service have been greatThey have outstanding service, pricing and go out of their way to help you out.

I had a terrible experience with Krueger's and would never send anyone there. I went to purchase a wheelchair and the manager was rude and obnoxious. She slapped a catalog down on the counter and said pick one. I did not know that you need to have a wheelchair fitting and quite frankly neither did she! Not knowing what I was really looking for after asking many questions I picked one based on my weight. I had already asked to sit in their rental chairs to get some idea of what I was supposed to buy. I asked her the size of the one that was most comfortable and she told me so that is what we ordered. It was no where near correct when it came but she refused to give me back my money. I left the chair there and I still (several months later have a store credit for the $600.00. The care coordinator for Northwest primary care and the supervisor called and tried to speak with them and got the same result...rude, and obnoxious. They are no longer referring patients to them.

This company was good at one point but now is not. They lost their sense of caring for their customers.

Krueger healthcare moved to Tualatin and it is closer for me to get too and it is also close to meridian park hospital

i noticed the same bad reviews i happened to be their that day when the customer was mad about the purell refills the manufacturer discontinued the products so krueger had not refills to sell.

i noticed a couple of bad reviews. i have been a customer of kruegers for that past 6 months and they have been excellent

Sold me a product that I can't get refills for. Purcell told me they no longer have refills for the two hand sanitizer despencers Krueger Healthcare Products sold me.

Don't expect a refund or exchange once you leave the store.We left the store and I realized that I had purchased the wrong type of support device. Immediately called and explained what happened and was told "sorry, no refunds or exchanges" because my daughter tried it on in the store (with salesperson's help) and then walked about 20 feet to our car before we realized it wouldn't work.Out $57.00 and was hung up on twice.

They might be the right place for your for one-time purchases. If you are a person who needs a monthly supply order, DO NOT use Krueger Med. They are completely unreliable and dishonest underneath their feigned nicety.

I agree that those other reviews look suspicious, but I can tell you that Krueger is a great medical supply company. They are very helpful and have most things you need or they can order them and get them within 3-4 days (like compression stockings). I have purchased medical gloves at a really low price there. They also were very generous to my son's FIRST Team invention project - giving us lots of information for research and letting us borrow a walker for demonstrations. Thank you, Krueger Med Services!

Doesn't it seem odd that all of the reviews posted below (and period) were within two days of each other? Interesting that there are none prior or previous to these. I would have to guess these reviews are phony, written and posted by the company itself. Just an observation.

retail store was very nice

they have an assortment of scooters to choose from which was nice

people were very friendly

they had everything i needed, which was very nice

i have been to other medical companies, i won't need to go anyware else, very good service

i would reccomend them to anybody
