I was absolutely horrified by my experience at Regis. I had brought my daughter in for a haircut in July and this evening stumbled upon the receipt while cleaning out my bureau and being reminded of the situation felt it necessary to warn any future customers.

The woman that did my daughter's haircut arrived late with no apology for the twenty five minutes that my daughter and I had to wait.

She washed my daughter's hair, then proceeded to cut it while she herself was wearing a beach hat.

Upon completion of my daughter's haircut I was shocked to learn the price was $39.

When we returned home my daughter had washed her hair and flat ironed it since the woman had used such an excessive amount of oil in her fine hair. The hair cut was completely uneven to the point that it looked like my seven year old son had taken scissors to her hair. The following day I took her to Super Cuts in Fairfield, paid considerably less, received a much better haircut and was waited on by a young woman that was extremely polite and professional.

is Hinkum! He spends a long time on the haircut, but is a perfectionist and is worth it! I also went there for an updo and a woman did it for me. She wasn't as good as Hinkum, but still good.
