I brought my dog here and was not impressed with the grooming. After talking to a few friends I found out My friends dog was attacked in this shop, by a larger dog. After doing some research the owner used to work at another facility and seriously injured the dog from letting it fall off the table. A friend showed me the Yelp review from 2 years ago at Truckee Pet Lodge. I'm just greatful that my dog was not hurt at this visit.

I was very pleased with the service. My pet is a rescue that is very sensitive about being groomed. Her cut was wonderful and she was not stressed when I picked her up. We will take both of our little girls to Fancy Fur.

i like fancy fur salon very much.of course you have to make an appointment because she is very busy.all my local friends also go here

Horrible customer service. I will never bring my furry family member here again. I don't see how this owner is going to stay in business with her unprofessional attitude.
