Established in 1925, Country Club of Troy is the only private club in Rensselaer County and is located in Troy, N.Y. The club facilities include an Olympic size swimming pool, five red clay tennis courts and two platform tennis courts. It also has an 18-hole golf course and its tennis facility provides a wide range of activities, such as lessons and clinics, men's and women s night, tournaments, special events and junior camp. Country Club of Troy has a restaurant that offers a variety of food menus, including roasted beef, chicken salad, ham and cheese, oven-roasted turkey, Charleston chicken wrap, vegetable pita sandwich, Caesar salad and vegetable burger. It also offers steak sandwich, seared salmon with baby spinach, onion soup, shrimp cocktail, chicken wings, melted cheese, mushrooms, buffalo sauce and Cajun spice.
