Swift Appraisal in Troy Missouri was hired to perform an appraisal on a small lot and home. Prior to appraisal being performed a $375 fee was required and paid. After visit, it was determined an appraisal for the land only would be performed as there was no value and deteriorated home. A polite request for a partial fee was requested, a sarcastic response was received. I found Swift Appraisals to be sarcastic and unprofessional and will not refer or use them in the future.
