Provided by YP.comI would absolutely not recommend this dentist office. I was going there for a little over a year and every single visit was worst than the last. Dr. Prosser is extremely harsh and unfriendly and one of his hygienist was so horribly rough on my mouth that I left there every time with a throbbing mouth. I have never had these issues at any other dentist office, so it is my belief that it was the way they would clean my teeth. My most recent visit, I went in for my six-month cleaning and they noticed a “small cavity.” He said they had a cancelation so they could get it taken care of it then. I agreed (big mistake). The way they numb your gums is like nothing I have every experienced. The needle is put into your gums and he hold it in place for a good minute in a half while it pumps the numbing solution into your gums. When he sat me up to let the numbness kick in, I immediately noticed my cheek was bulging out as if I had something in my mouth. Not knowing much about dentistry I thought it was odd, but let it go. When he comes back he fills the cavity quickly and leaves, not saying much in the process. He asked if I could tell if the filling is filed down enough and I said I couldn’t tell because I am so numb. As he is walking out he said come back if you noticed it isn’t filed down enough and we’ll file it down. That night I go home and my mouth is numb for the rest of the evening, which was unusual. The next morning my cheek is still bulging out and a big bruise is starting to appear. I give it a day and by the next day, the bruise is worse and I am still swollen. I call the office and tell them my cheek is swollen, bruised, sore, my skin is warm to the touch, and I am concerned it might be infected. The reception says she will talk to “them” and have someone call me back. I wait two and half hours, no call back. So I show up unannounced to their office and the receptionist makes up some excuse as to why no one called me back. Then, a hygienist takes me back and takes a look. She could tell I was concerned with the bruising and she tells me it is very rare that this happens and that it is not infected. The best part was, Dr. Prosser didn’t even bother to come in and take a look at my face or mouth. I could hear him in the exam room next door but he couldn’t be bothered to come in a reassure me it was not infected. I will never use this dentist again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Provided by YP.comMy Mom worked for him. He was mean to all the kids that came there. He was nice to me, hurt me when he pulled at my mouth with his big hands. He is very crabby all the time, and makes all the girls who work there cry.
