I agree he keeps cashing my checks subpoenaed my bank records and I have to go to court the day before thanksgiving

I have found them to be honest, up front and easy to work with. I was sued by Walmart. I was offered a reasonable payment plan and took that. Then a second item popped up and since I will not talk on the phone about things that need to be in writing, it got a little confused but once I contacted them by mail things were worked out and was completely satisfied. They will work with you. I don't know about the people leaving negative comments. My experience was just fine.

Extremely Devious and Dishonest

I was harassed endlessly by them, even after I had explained on several occasions that I could only pay a small amount each month. I was in between jobs at the time and struggling just to survive. These heartless people didn’t care about my “good faith” payments and summoned me into court. It was determined they would automatically deduct $50 per month from my bank account. Unfortunately, I had insufficient funds one month so they couldn’t get their money. Without contacting me in any way, they underhandedly withdrew the entire amount I owed them from another account I had at the same bank….a savings account my now deceased grandmother had set up for my son for college. Everything was gone. I was devastated. I called their company and demanded to know how they could take from an account that didn’t contain “my money”. But they did not care and told me there was nothing I could do. I’m currently in the process of spending more money to hire an attorney to rectify this situation.

Worst of the worst! They will keep taking from your acct until you jump through hoops and put a stop on it! Sill wtg on refund from all the extra they were stealing!

Never purposely hire these lawyers - Especially Curtis Robertson P70544 - This 'lawyer' has refused to verify a debt, went forward with a judgement using an Ex-Parte process, did not provide proper service, then was able to successfully garnish my wages on a debt I believe to be that of an ex-girlfriend who used my information without my knowledge. I have now hired my own lawyer, to which Curtis Robertson has thus far not returned even another lawyers' phone calls. My lawyer is suggesting to the Attorney Grievance Commission of Michigan that they investigate the actions of Mr. Robertson. Caveat Emptor!
