After coming home from vacation and finding water pouring out my garage door I was terrified of what I would find. The water supply line to the kitchen sink had become detached and had been pouring water into my house for possibly a week.

I contacted my insurance carrier and they gave me 3 companies to choose from, I called all 3 and told them first one here gets my work. 45 minutes later, a large yellow truck rolls up and I meet Mike, the water damage technician that would be working in my home.

He quickly and thoroughly inspected my home, and explained the process to me and my entire family. He urged us to go get a hotel room and that he would begin work tonight (roughly 8pm).

Throughout the process Mike kept me informed of everything going on in my home, which included a total gutting of the house from the first floor to the basement.

Mike and his crew completed the work in about 8 days and left my home clean and dry.

The owner of ServiceMaster Don't Panic, Tim Wise, came out to the home and did a walk-through with me and helped ease my mind about the reconstruction side of things. And offered me his assistance if I had any questions regarding any of the work in my home.

I cannot be thankful enough for the professional, thorough, and caring work that they did for my family.
