These guys are the best for sure. I spent 15 years doing bodywork and paint
back in the 80's and 90's. I know what to look for in a completed collision repair.
After my wife's Escape was rear ended in Florida I took it to Jeff for repair. Jeff took care of the insurance and car rental issues and his guys did a PERFECT restoration back to looking like new. Pretty darn amazing that I could not find anything to complain about.
Sending one of my friends daughter's to see Jeff for a parking lot collision repair and will be recommending Quality Coach to everyone I know.

Awarding only a five star rating for this company seems inadequate to me. For those of us who remember what superior customer service used to be, this company is a true gem!

Everything about my experience with them from my first interaction on the phone to walking through the repairs needed on my Mini Cooper to the actual work itself (superb!) to their offer to arrange for the return of my rental car was handled beyond my expectations, which is not an easy accomplishment.

The young man who manages the shop, "Junior" Lones, knows what customer service is all about. I wish every business I deal with would clone him and put him in charge.

The shop and their management are true gems! I highly recommend them.

From customer, to employee, this place has never let me down. Always held up such a professional relationship with all clients, and have done everything in their power to make unfortunate accidents into a joyful experience. With careful attention to such tedious details, this is one shop that will have your car looking better than brand new. Will always be my #1 choice for automotive repairs. Though it is unlucky to need a collision shop, it sure is lucky to have a place like this.
