Organization: products on walls are not on proper places. Example:Cottonelle toilet paper where Bounty paper towels are priced.

Telephone: fair service.

Experience: Easter, 2008. Pet Shop Easter Eggs are purchased. Opened, the Hasbro Littlest Pet Shop eggs contained Hasbro Sesame Street Toys. Either the box was labeled wrong, or an employee/customer switched the eggs. This occurred to my mother and I. Target store, Triadelphia was called for assistence. The Target store had sold out of the item. Reference was made to Washington location, but the employee was reluctant to make a search. The employee's attitude was poor.
