Based in Trenton, N.J., Trenton Municipal Court conducts more than 27 court sessions per week in the facility. The court's 27 sessions represent 12 different kinds of court matters that include arraignment, housing, traffic, parking, DWI, special sessions, motions, citizen complaints, citizen trials, criminal, city ordinance violations and truancy. The Superior Court, Law Division hears all of the appeals of the court. Trenton Municipal Court is concerned with violations of the State statutes, municipal ordinances and more.
