Norman's Glass = SHYSTERS! I had them replace my cracked windshield, preferring a more local company. BIG MISTAKE! The first sunny day after they installed the windshield, I noticed scratches in it, front and center on the driver's side. I called them right away and they asked me to bring it in for them to look at it. AFTER saying they couldn't find the scratches, I pointed them out. Then they said the thoroughly inspect every piece of glass they install. HAH! They couldn't even find the scratches without me showing them! Then they said it must have happened after they installed it. Really? Was the glass THAT CHEAP that it wouldn't last a week? And they're scratches, not cracks. Why and how would I scratch my windshield there? Safelite is going to replace it. They have a one year warranty. Apparently SHYSTER NORMAN'S doesn't even have a 7 day warranty! Word to the wise, if the company doesn't have reviews that are easy to find, do business with another company. A few bucks could have saved me the hassle, big time.

Dealing with Normans Auto Glass was one of the most unprofessional company's I have ever dealt with. To make a long story short they were a month behind on promised instillation date. They broke a window at the job site and left it there. They were sloppy and careless. I would not recommend them to anyone.

NORMAN'S IS BY FAR THE MOST PROFESSIONAL GLASS COMPANY AROUND. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PHENOMENAL, THE TECHS THAT ACTUALLY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE WERE WONDERFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PHONE RANG ONCE AND WAS ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I CALLED, THE STAFF IS VERY COURTEOUS AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED. I RECCOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE.

The office staff is polite, professional and efficient. The installers are thorough and provide and excellant service.
