Tried to sell me new oil tank rather than repair the burner which was under warrenty. By the time I got someone else, the warranty had run out and it cost me almost &700 to fix it.

I have been dealing with this company for seven years, since they replaced our entire system (Heat/AC).



What a mistake. They installed an insufficient AC unit, then after countless call sand follow-ups, they told me I need additional duct work. They did the duct work and...doesn't really work any better.



Every time I have had to call for service over the years, it takes at least 6 - 8 calls to get any response. Once I finally give them some attitude on the message, then I finally get a call back. But god forbid you're not home...they'll leave a message, then...that' it. You will now have to start over with the 6 - 8 calls. Seriously, it's rediculous!



BYW...this is not an exaggeration...I'm currently waiting for them to come out to check out my AC. Have been trying for almost 2 months...now it's getting cold. I keep notes, so I have made 14 calls to date, they have left me exactly 2 messages at home, and I missed call on my cell (no message). This is what finally compelled me to write such reviews online...so people know better.



There are a ton of heating/AC companies out there...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - - YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Fanelli Heating really does great work. They are very professional. The work they do is very clean and neat and they are very reasonable in price. If you ever need any heating or AC work done, call the professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
