If I could give a negative 5 star I would! Owner Beth hid behind her phone when I went in for their incompetent employee mess up...small claims court next!

They make all kinds of promised when selling you a dress but refuse to follow through with anything once you pay in full. Terrible customer service.

This place was beyond amazing!! I had gone to another bridal shop and I did not feel like a bride. Coming here, I felt so special and important. Ellen did everything in her power to make me happy!!! She had everyone in downtown Trenton helping me! I would recommend any bride to go here!

My daughter found her wedding dress here (for a great price I will add) and the entire experience was A+++. "Ellen" was as wonderful, helpful and friendly as anyone could hope for and we could not be more happy with the way dress shopping turned out!



Our expectations were not only met but were exceeded thanks to Ellen! We recognize and truly appreciate how much "above and beyond" she went for us--that doesn't happen everyday!



Anyone looking for a formal dress should really take a look at here (be sure to ask for "Ellen"-you will not regret it) or else you could be missing out on something great like "The Perfect Dress!" Thanks again Ellen!
