I took my Maltese there for the first...and last time recently. When I picked her up the groomer did not do the cut we had talked about. I didn't mind that so much. It will grow out! But then she informed me that my dog 'howled and whined' the whole time. The only time my dog does that is when she is being hurt and has NEVER done that for another groomer. She was very timid and shook a lot the remainder of the day. NEVER AGAIN! If a dog is crying it is for a reason.... They were a little higher than other groomers also. I won't be going back. The only reason I went there was that my regular groomer retired.
