After going to 2 Dealerships (no satisfaction) and 2 garages- they tried- car wasn't fixed--(2Yrs.) of aggrivation- I took it to Greg's- fair treatment fixed 3 problems- step-bye step- fair price-- no payment till job was to my satisfaction I am finaly pleased , with an auto repair shop. (I am) pretty hard to please-but- honest-and fair minded.- 5 star rating --excellant work.

I got my Daughter's car serviced at Greg's Auto Service. I first went to a service station I used to trust and they told me both transmission lines were bad in my Daughter's car. The last couple of times I went there it seemed as if they were changing parts that were not needed.

Greg's Service checked out my Daughter's car and found that the leak was caused by a loose connection on transmission. After the connection was tightened the mechanic drove the car several times to see if leak was repaired; it was. I had Kurt (The owner) change my transmission fluid and he gave me a break on the price. That meant a lot to my wife and I as we both are disabled and we have 2 kids in college. Greg's Service is not a fancy place but they do good work.

Terrible they fix one thing then you have another problem.

i had gregs fix my car in the past and they did a great job, they are reliable ,it may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for

Lately I have been fed up with the quality of service so a friend recommended I start posting reviews to share my experience with others so other people can at least be aware when dealing with a business.



A couple weeks ago I need my air conditioner in my car looked at because it wasn't working. I went there, and the owner was rude and seemed bothered and I heard him complaining to a mechanic so I just said no thanks and took my car to another place in Newport which was much cheaper and they were very friendly.
