Friendly staff, it started out good until the installation, false promises and delay and then after for repairs on stairs took many phone calls only to hear the blame game over and over, weeks later finally got results. We used them twice our first and last time. Good Luck!!

I also would give zero stars. Completely unprofessional, unorganized. If you DO NOT value your time , use them. If you do use them, DO NOT pay in full until job is completely finished.

This place is a joke. If I could give them NO STARS, I would. They scheduled an appointment to come to our office building for a commercial quotation. Day came and went, they never even called. When I called to inquire about it, was put on hold for 15 minutes. Called back again. Was told that they were really busy today and just couldn't get to it. When asked why they didn't call, was told, "Hey, we're busy." Told them I was going to find another place...the guy didn't care at all. Customer service? They have NONE. Go elsewhere.

Our carpet town experience was great. Our salesperson, Andy, explained all of the "ins and outs" of buying carpet and helped us avoid some costly decisions, such as the potential waste of a 12 foot roll versus 15. They were patient with us, and spent time to answer all of our questions. The prices were more competitive than the big box stores and a flooring warehouse. The selection was overwhelming, but again, the personal attention we received helped to sort through.

andy is a selfish person who doesn't care about anyone but himself. he was rude to us and made us feel like we weren't good enough to shop there.
