Me and my friends love this store. It is a locally owned store and the owner is a nice man. The asian lady working there is always friendly and helpful. They price the items lower than the mall or even WalMart. Their socks, T-shirts and Dickies are thicker better quality material than WalMart too. To keep the prices down they don't accept used items as returns or refunds so make sure it fits before you take the tags off of it. They do have a fitting room if you're not sure.

The previous review sounds fake. The store just opened three years ago so how can you be shopping there for 10 years? Trying to return a half empty bottle of mascara really?? It was only a few days after you bought it and you used half of it? Some people can't be pleased. I hope this store doesn't get fed up with these type people and close down like so many other stores have already done in Tracy with the tight economy.

I have been buying products from thise company for 10 years. I really like the lip and eye pencils as well as the mascara. I do not spend a lot of money there as money is tight for me at this time. Today I brought back a faulty mascara tube that had broke a couple of days ago. The mascara was only $3.50. It was a manufacture defect, nothing to do with me or the store. The owner person who is an Asian lady, (and by no means have I ever been prejudice) went off on me for asking for a replacement tube of mascara, being that when it broke there was at least 1/2 a tube of mascara left. I did not think that was much to ask for and I would have even bought another one if she hadn't yelled at me and said "She would never sell to me again" etc.... What, what did I do? Nothing different that any other business when you have an exchange Mind you I am a very nice and fair person. I am sooo upset with the way I was treated by her. I am just beside myself and try always to treat people kindly
