Oh June 22, 2018, I purchased an LG Washer Top Load and it was delivered on 6/26 as scheduled. The delivery guy ran the 10 min install test (rinse and spin cycle) and didn't wait for the test to complete; he took of. However, during the spin cycle the washer started making a metal to metal grinding noise. I called Tracy Home Depot and reported the problem immediately. I was informed that they will scheduled to pickup the defective LG Washer and provide a new unit replacement. Tracy Home Depot scheduled with the Premier Delivery Team to pickup the defective LG Washer and deliver a new unit replacement on 6/28 The Premier Delivery team never called and never showed up to pickup the defective LG washer with the new unit replacement. I then called Tracy Home Depot informing the Appliance Sales Associate that the Premier Delivery Team never call nor show up. I went in to Tracy Home Depot to try and work with the Appliance Sales Associate to work with the Premier Delivery Team but unfortunately, it was absolutely very disappointing because the Appliance Sales Associate couldn't get the Premier team to pickup and deliver the new unit LG Washer. Yesterday, Friday, 7/13 3 weeks out of frustration, I loaded up the defective LG Washer on my boat trailer and drove it to Tracy Home Depot to return it and get my refund. When I arrived at Tracy Home Depot, my wife tried to get someone in Customer Service to assist in unloading the LG Washer from my boat trailer and no one came to help but a good Samaritan who was walking into the store stopped and helped me and my daughter unload the defective LG Washer. Extremely horrible customer service. Lesson learned research and read up about reviews before dashing out to purchase any products from Tracy Home Depot.

This is a nice Home Depot with friendly associates. I always spend too much money there!
