Great place Veterinary center, the staff is all incredible everyone is very helpful & considerate of you and the needs of your family member with paws , the only thing I have a complaint about is the HIGH COST of going to the VETERINARY. I want the very best there is for my dog but it makes it so extremely difficult when you have to take out a loan just to take your pet in for a wellness visit, It seems like your taking out a 2nd on your mortgage if you have an emergency visit the cost to be seen is DOUBLED OR TRIPLED IT SEEMS LIKE. ITS NIT JUST WITH JULES ITS EVERY VETERINARY OFFICE AROUND I paid less to have my horse seen by my large animal vet then I did to take my dog into the vet office. . When your kids are sick you call your pediatrician and get a Dr's visit that morning or that day but your never charged an emergency visit for calling to be seen because your child is sick but you sure do when it's your pet WHY IS THAT THEY ARE YOUR FAMILY JUST LIKE YOUR KIDS AND FOR SOME PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE KID'S THERE PET IS THERE CHILD AND I KNOW THERE IS PET WELLNESS INSURANCE SO IS THERE ONE INSURANCE THAT IS BETTER THAN ANOTHER TO LOOK INTO PAYING FOR SO THAT AS YOUR PET AGES AND NEEDS TO BE SEEN MORE THERE VISIT DOESNT GET PUT OFF BECAUSE YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT I WOULD RATHER PAY INTO SOMETHING FIR MY PET SO I CAN GET HIM SEEM MORE OFTEN THEN HE GETS SEEN.

This place has me drive all the way from Modesto to Tracy for an appointment. Mind you this was their second cancellation. This time they waited until I was in the parking lot to let me know there is an emergency. I had this appointment set and I called and notified them ahead of time that I was switching my appointment for one of my animals who is acting sick. They obviously don’t care about their patients and care about making their money. I will not ever return to this place after how I was treated. I called asking if I could find another appointment due to the second cancellation and they replied with me to come in for the next week on a Tuesday when I don’t have that kind of time especially if there’s something wrong with my animal. Not going to lie this place got me pretty upset not only for wasting my time but playing games with my animals who’s life also matters.

We rescued a dog, not only have they been amazing at every single thing we've needed!! I was concerned this morning and called about something our new dog may have gotten into, and INTEGRITY stood in front as I was told that it may be nothing and if so what to look for!!!!! ANY other vet would have wanted the $, and I did call after to a diff vet and they were bring in 911!!! The biggest thing they were concerned about...making sure I have all his shots!!! LOVE THIS VET❤️����

We receive poor customer service. They often act like our dog is going to bite. Yesterday day they said they would have to give our dog a sedative for a basic exam

I bought a cat from a local shelter. With in a few days his feet and mouth were all swollen and red and his breath smelled really bad. I took him to another vet here in town, the vet was rude and seemed to not care about the well fair of my animal. I decided to take my cat to Jules. This was the best decision I could have made. The entire staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. With in a few weeks my cat was healed. I love this vet.
